Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Came across this recently, and am really liking what I’m seeing.  It’s a way to consistently and provably build a tight, fast, and efficient customer feedback loop that directly affects your bottom line, both short-term and long.  It also ties in directly with Product Market Fit (PMF).
